Taken it on motorbike rallies - loads of fun. Very realistic. Quite a talking point when people realize what it is. Unusual way of making new friends. Must be good if it makes people laugh. Don't over-use it though as it could get a bit boring.

This wee helicopter flew really well but the rotors repeatedly came off on landing. Good manouverability and quite nippy, but if it won't stay in one piece then not much good.

Doctor Who - 12" Radio Control Black Dalek

I bought the 12" Dalec Sec to add to my collection and he really is finished better and sounds better than the gold Dalek I have. I have to agree with what a lot of other reviewers have said, the blue illuminated eye is really eerie and my favourite phrase is "No other warning will be given".

Considering I remember the Daleks from the 60's, I really should find something better to do with my life, but these guys really are something.

All I can say is...wow! As a callow youth of the late 1970s and early-mid 1980s I was always puzzled as to why there was so little Doctor Who merchandise; nowadays the toy market must be pretty much saturated with it!
This K9 model has to be one of the most eagerly awaited and fun products to have been produced since the new series began in 2005. It looks fantastic and having the battery compartment as a side-panel of the robot dog is the kind of little touch that shows this has been produced with real care and attention. Batteries are a small bone of contention - K9 takes one AAA whilst the remote control unit takes two AAs.
