Totally unrealistic in terms of size, colour, movement - it just trundles along. We suprised my mother-in-law with it - getting it to emerge from under the kitchen table. She just laughed and she's terrified of spiders.

I'm certainly no expert but I have flown a few electric helicopters so I have some idea of their capability. The Bladez is very basic, as a radio controlled model; but compared to many of the helicopter toys around now this little model flies well. With relatively little effort the total beginner should be able to keep the Bladez in the air, given a reasonable space (beginners should avoid living rooms and the like until they can manage a reasonable hover). I'd say this little effort might cover say a weekend, taking in 10-15 'flights'.
Aside from ease-of-flying it's important to consider durability too. And the Bladez does very well on that front, with a good solid airframe which struck me as a surprisingly good build quality. Another ... Read More:

OK, so I'm 37. But this has to be the best toy I have been given in the last ten years!! In recent years, my two young sons have had great toys given to them - Scalextric, Hornby, RC Cars and many others that they have as theirs - and many are great, but they are not mine - and none are as good as this!
My eldest (7) was given a similar 'Copter for Christmas, and has even beaten me to landing back on to on the "launch pad" (a biscuit tin - the tiny helicopter does not particularly like being launched from our carpet) that we have in the living room. However his 'Copter is to be returned as it is faulty, and I think I will get another of these on a different channel so we can fly at the same time.

Davros has to be one of the scariest Who villains beside the Daleks ever to be shown on screen. Davros was the evil crippled Kalid creator of the Dalek race who experimented on the radiation exposed kalid people, to create the ultimate cyborg race. But it wasn't long before the Daleks decided that Davros was no longer there mentor and seemingly killed him. But a real bad guy can't be killed off and in the true tradition keeps on coming back. Russell T Davies brilliantly decided to bring back Davros who is updated in the style of the new series. But is still just as evil as ever and trying to take over the universe in ever grander schemes. This remote toy is a true delight and it's in scale with the large remote Daleks. The detailing is first rate ... Read More:
