Kubb is an excellent game for 2 teams of up to 6 players. Teams take turn to throw 6 wooden batons at Kubbs at the other end of the 8 metre piste. Any knocked over and then thrown back by the opposing team and stood up. These must then be knocked down before the team is allowed to go for the end Kubbs. Play alternates like this until one team has knocked over all the Kubbs in the opposing team's half. Then they can knock over the King in the middle - but if they do that before they are allowed to, they lose the game instantly. Kubb is an excellent game requiring dexterity skills and a little back of strategy. A typical game lasts 15 to 20 minutes but could be lost on the very first throw.
