We have most of the VSmile games & Art Studio, so this extended the playing & learning capabilities of the product that much further still. Highly recommend it! You get lots of activities on the one cartridge & the keyboard all for a tad more than one game would normally cost. Great value - especially if you have a microphone built into your console as it has a sing-along feature.

Soft Play Playnest & Gym

I recently purchased the Galt playnest with gym and am extremely disappointed. I love the nest as it provides a soft comfortable support for my daughter, however the plastic pipes which form the framework for the gym are too rigid to create an arc and keep popping out which makes the gym collapse. My daughter (12 weeks) isn't even old enough to reach the toys so it's not as if it is recieving ANY pressure - it still collapses. I wish I'd read all the reviews before I bought and am shocked that Galt haven't rectified the problem given that clearly so many people have found the same issue. It's almost as if they designed it but never actually tried to put it together themselves.

BRIO 33342 Wooden Railway System: Large Curved Tracks

Does what it says on the box. Four curves to add to your Brio system - unfortunately that's not many when you probably want to expand a starter set. You'll find you need to buy a few boxes of these basics which will work out costly.

Perhaps better to supplement your Brio starter set with cheaper track from one of the many alternative manufacturers (but a word of warning - stick with Brio for anything 'non-track', like buildings).

BRIO 33700 Wooden Railway System: My First Railway

My 2 year old grandson loves this but gets very frustrated by the little engine which doesn't have enough power to get itself over the bridge without a push. On the level, it can just about pull the three trucks along, if it has a fresh battery.
It's a pity because I'd like to expand the system but, if the trains can't get round unaided, there's little point.

Nircom Babysense ll Movement/Sound Monitor

When our baby was born, both my husband and i would spend our nights looking at our baby to check if she was still breathing. After a week of this, we bought one of these and its been fantastic. We now get a decent nights sleep without the worry. Well worth the money.
