I don't usually enthuse about plastic toys with electronic voices, but I'm prepared to make an exception for this one. We bought it for our daughter for her 1st birthday, and it has been in constant use since. All of the activities are age appropriate and; as a result, actually constructively occupy your child. It is durable, versatile, portable and will appeal to all ages. Even Daddies will fit through the door (and if they pretend to get stuck...well, this just adds to the fun!) The voices do speak British English and aren't as annoying as many. Other features such as the creaking, shutting door are really quite endearing. My 18 month old loves this toy, she's had it from being about 10 months old and it still looks good even after all the hammering it gets! She can now do all the shapes in record time, and is still amused and happy every time she does it. It's nice to have a quality wooden toy to enjoy rather than all the modern plastic rubbish.

Soft Play Playnest & Gym

I recently purchased the Galt playnest with gym and am extremely disappointed. I love the nest as it provides a soft comfortable support for my daughter, however the plastic pipes which form the framework for the gym are too rigid to create an arc and keep popping out which makes the gym collapse. My daughter (12 weeks) isn't even old enough to reach the toys so it's not as if it is recieving ANY pressure - it still collapses. I wish I'd read all the reviews before I bought and am shocked that Galt haven't rectified the problem given that clearly so many people have found the same issue. It's almost as if they designed it but never actually tried to put it together themselves.
