The manufacturer's description gives some info about the game so I won't bother with that. The game is well thought out with many different aspects and rules providing great variety throughout a game. I would have given five stars except for the fact that it is really quite a long game and with four of more people playing seems to take ages (and tries the patience of younger players). Quite often one person will be trailing very far behind the others so dragging it out further which is why we don't play it as often as many other games we have. A good game for bad weather days.
This game is not bad once in a while. It offers the potential for humour not so much in the questions posed (e.g. "what's your partner's favourite ice-cream"), but in the sometimes heated debates that ensue (it was marvellous to see my mother haranguing my father telling him that his favourite ice-cream has always been vanilla (I know you better than you know yourself) when he insisted it was strawberry). This is about as funny as it gets.
Any time you need a little light relief when you're with your family this fits the bill.

I love Harry Potter so therefore loved this game! If you've played any other version of scene it then the concept will be pretty familar if not then i'll give you a keep run through of what to expect:
You have to roll 2 die...a numbered one and one with symbols which refers to the challenge you have to complete. You have to complete various challenges in order to win this game some are interavtive such as my play, all play and all play to win, there are question card's which are either about the magical world or the muggle world...usually question's about the actors and directors (they tend to be the most difficult) or you have to pick a house point card and follow what it says. if you get a question right you move the number of spaces ... I have been a fan of Friends ever since it started, and like nothing better than watching the re-runs whenever I happen to catch them on TV! When someone gave me this game for a birthday present, I was really pleased.
You get to choose from Friends related items as your playing piece, amongst them a coffee cup, a Laz-E-Boy chair and the frame found on Monica's door around the peephole (my piece of choice)! As with the normal Scene It, you can play a short round or a longer game, and questions vary from guessing the next line to be said (this is usually multiple choice), working out anagrams of guest stars, answering a question from a crossword, and many other questions from the 10 series. If I had my way, I would get rid of the multiple choice options ... Read More:
My 12 year-old son got this set for his birthday and our whole family has enjoyed playing it. The set itself is really well designed, with a special slot-together frame that holds the playing mat flat. You get a selection of Champions League players to build up your team (I think there is a random selection of players in each box) and they are actual named players, not the anonymous figures of years ago. You slot your selected players into the bases and off you go. The rules are presented on a poster and are pretty easy to follow. Once you get the hang of it it's surprisingly fast moving and you can play some amazing (flukey) shots. Lots of fun - and you get two whole teams for less than the price of a ticket to see a Premiership match!

This item is cheap and plastic. I bought it for my partner as a present as we love scrabble, but was very disappointed with the cheapness when she unpacked it, it's not like it looks in the picture at all. However at the same time, unknowing to me my partner bought me Super-scrabble. Buy Super-Scrabble instead, a very good quality item that's even better than normal scrabble.
