a portable fun game for boys and girls who can count.
you have so many trimonoes at the start of the game and haev to match the numbers at the edges to ones already down. You then add the totals. I f you can't go you can buy stock from the "bank" but at a cost.
Even my 4 year old has a pretty good go at it.

This game was bought for an 8 year old who had great fun with it.

Each turn you are told by the Onmitrix what alien you will be and hopefully thats the one you need to defeat the villain.

Whilst not particularly educational, it is a game that children play as a group, so its good for social interaction and learning to take turns.

This game was bought for an 8 year old who had great fun with it.

Each turn you are told by the Onmitrix what alien you will be and hopefully thats the one you need to defeat the villain.

The Settlers of Catan is just a fun game! The ever changing board gives a different strategy style every game. It is quite simple to pick up (although some of the photographs showing games in action can lead you believe that it's difficult). There is an aspect of planning, trading, building and a little luck (but just a little) which shows why this is a best seller. Forget Monopoly and other outdated, tedious games, this is great!

The actual game takes about an hour and a half to two hours for first time plays, but as you gain experience this is reduced. In a world that is obsessed with computer gaming, this game brings the board game back where it belongs... in the family.

I love board games so was eager to try this. On first impression it seems well-made and pretty durable, though the board isn't the most interesting-looking thing in the world and the instructions certainly don't explain things as clearly as they could.

Other reviewers have explained the rules which are reasonably simple and should be easy enough to understand after a couple of games, even for youngish children. Sequence is basically an amalgamation of other board or card games, so the basic concepts are familiar.

The problem is that it's not really very much fun. I can imagine young kids getting bored with it after a few games, and although it might provide a bit of challenge for groups of adults who are playing strategically, ... Read More:

This set, for the price, is fine but be warned it doesn't have everything. For instance the chips are unmarked, so this isn't for beginners. Also there is no rule cards or hand summary card included.

Rush Hour Traffic Jam Puzzle

Bought this for my son for christmas. Thought it might be too difficult for him as he wasn't 5 until end Jan. However after only a little while he could easily do the beginners section! He really enjoys the game and concentrates quite hard whilst doing it! Great game would highly recommend!
