A game like Carcassonne needs to keep on finding new upgrades if it is to keep us motivated on spending more money to get more features. Unfortunately, this upgrade adds much less additional interest than Expansion 1, and its new features do not integrate with the rest of the game as well as those of Expansion 1. Sometimes we use them, sometimes not.
The tile bag is annoying because it cannot properly hold the number of tiles that you end up with once you have bought a few expansion sets.
The new tiles are, of course, most welcome.

this deck is amazing, much like the blaze of destuction deck as it is quick to win, i bought both these decks and i dueld my friend and they were very even at winning and losing, although the blaze of destruction had a slightly higher win ratio.
Urea is a compound, CO(NH2)2, occurring in urine and other body fluids as a product of protein metabolism. A water-soluble powder form of this compound, obtained by the reaction of liquid ammonia and liquid carbon dioxide is used in the synthesis of plastics, amongst other things, and that's what gives us these trionimoes. And very effective it is too. They are solid and heavy, without being too heavy, as a result of which they are very easy to pick up, they are very easy to place next to the trinonimoes already in play and they in turn remain where they are.
All of which is extremely useful if, like me, you have manual dexterity problems or, like my father, just have trouble laying triangular shaped objects next to each other. ... Read More:
I originally bought this cube at Argos. At Argos, the packaging is slightly different - it comes in a see-through box - and it was slightly more expensive. However, the cube has now died after fairly heavy use (one of the inner joints snapped), hence the need for a replacement.
The cube comes with a fairly thin "How To" guide which is not particulary easy to follow. The best "How To" Rubik's cube tutorial I have found is by a Swedish guy called Lars Petrus. (I don't think Amazon will let me give a website on this review but it is easy to find). It has extremely clear animations that you can work through interactively and at your own pace and which show you exactly which move you need to make. If you are new to the Rubik's Cube, I ... In this game a pool of thirteen cards is exposed one card at a time (with each card showing a short sequence of letters), then the special die is rolled stating where in a word it can and cannot appear, then the timer on the bomb is started. You must then think of a word that (a) contains the letter sequence on the card with no interruptions by other letters (e.g. if the card had the letters 'SAC' then words like 'ransack' or 'sacking' would be acceptable, but not 'stack' because the T interrupts the 'SAC'), (b) obeys the instructions of the die as to where the letters can appear in your chosen word, and (c) doesn't duplicate any words that have already been said in that round - once you have you can then pass the bomb onto the next player. Gameplay continues ... Read More:

I seem to have missed out on playing this game as a child. I've now finally purchased it and although the info on the cards and the pictures are all excellent i do think it's a game for the kids not adults - oops!! I'm sure though it will help to pass the time whilst flying to OZ!
