1) One Of Your Favourite Albums.
2) A Guilty Pleasure.
Seriously. A lot of people hate Hannah Montana thinking its a stupid kids show when look at the fantastic music.
The album starts with "We Got The Party", which is upbeat, and you will soon know everyword. Then comes "Nobodys Perfect", a frequent song on the show, and is more poppy than an explosion. Taking a break from pop comes "Make Some Noise", although having rock style is actually a slower ballad. But then it hits you-"Rockstar"-fast, addictive catchy. But "Old Blue Jeans" is a repititive-but GOOD song-how do I describe it? Electrical...Im not sure...But buckle up for "Lifes What You Make It", which has ''I should of been on the first album'' written ... Read More:

Loved the movie, bought the disc. Unlike some movie sound tracks where you wonder how you thought the soundtrack would keep alive the memory of the movie, this one really does. The quirky and independent music mirrors the film's style and characters, witty, unusual and highly entertaining. How can you not love a disc that includes such lyrics as from Kimya Dawson's 'Loose Lips'; "they think we're disposable, well both my thumbs opposable are spelled out on a double word and triple letter score". Awesome.

I saw the film first and bought myself this cd afterwards. I love every song on it. If it's the music from the film that you want it's all on here. I'd highly recommend this cd.

I've always been skeptical about Michael Crawford, although his signing is excellent, I don't think brings the true gravitas of the character of the Phantom all that well.
I do like his interpretation of 'Music of the Night' though.
I've always preferred a Phantom that doesn't have too much of a 'Choir ... Read More:

I very rarely buy cast recordings of entire shows, as there are usually only one or two songs on them that I like. So I have been waiting for a compilation album that would have on it the songs I like, and unlike other reviewers I was not dissapointed with this.

This is by far one of the best Christmas albums you could buy. Andy captures that magical feeling of a traditional Christmas and puts it all into this album. If you buy one Christmas CD this year, make it this one.
