I bought this based on someone else's recommendation, and I have to say that although it's not a bad album, In Silico is much better. Sorry!

What a great album! By far and away their best, before they succumbed to Coldplay-type anthems on Seldom Seen Kid. Every track a winner, but "Very best" is well titled. Enjoy! Anyone that can get Stockport Supporters Club into the lyrics of a ballad is alright by me!!

This is a good CD with some catchy songs on it, but they can get a bit boring after a while.
But it still has some catchy songs on it, so i'm giving it 5 stars.

As per most of the other reviews of this CD it's a good compilation, for a ridiculously cheap price, however i really only bought this CD for "Solitary Man" and "Girl, you'll be a woman soon". Sadly both tracks are taken from the Live album "Hot August Night", though this is not indicated by the usual "(Live)" on the track listing. So be warned, if you want studio versions of these or "Kentucky woman" which is taken from the album "Gold-Live" look elsewhere.

This is my favourite play at the moment, I guess that I am a little late in trying Mr Buble's music, but I am a convert. Think of a nicely warmed, quality single malt, good crystal glass, this is that smooth, just slides down, leaving a pleasant glow behind. Good in the car, great on the MP3 player, nice in the background during dinner with friends. This album has a great selection of tracks, well known classics of the genre, and others, new to me at least. Just try it!

As the previous reviewer said, this is a great introduction to the world of classical guitar music. As usual with ClassicFM Cd's, the quality of the music on offer is superb, with a few well known pieces that have been arranged for the guitar; like Elgar's Nimrod etc.. As said before, if your new to this style, or you want something to just relax to, then you can't go wrong with this.

Sam Sparro is truly an artist that grew up with the great sounds of the 80's. With influences from 'Depeche Mode' and the Funk vibes of 'Prince', Sam Sparro brings us a resreshing Electro soul sound for the 21st Century! This is an Instant classic.

Wonderful, infectious, unaffected, honest, direct, delicious, good old-fashioned, wholly entertaining, aural experience. Just driven up to Edinburgh with this blasting on CD. Four of us - we all loved it. A teeny teeny bit evocative of the great George Melley in live performance -in nicest possible way (powerful immediacy and gusto, we mean). Heard it on R4's 'Loose Ends' on Saturday 2nd August and ordered at once. BTW recommended on the cover to turn volume up to max for maximum enjoyment. We did.

To say Nick Cave isn't the force he once was, is like saying Vlad the Impaler had minor anger management issues. Glories LONG gone, he's resorting to loose balladeering and conventional rock in a vain and desperate attempt to disguise the fact he's got nothing new to say and should've given up on this music thing a long time ago.
A new Nick Cave album is cause for despair, where once it was cause for celebration. Ok, you can't go on re-living past triumphs (ask Morrissey) but the guy must have SOME of that early threat and purpose kicking around somewhere. Where's the gusto and urgency that drove classics like 'Nick the Stripper' or 'Mr Clarinet' ?
He's become a rock dullard, a pale imitation, a caricature of all he once meant.
He's got ... Read More:
