I have an analogue Roberts in the bathroom, a DAB Evoke Pure1 in my kitchen and have been after an RD50 for the bedroom for sometime. Despite being expensive I have not been disappointed with this radio.
It is so easy to use. Skim through the well laid out manual once and you will be able to operate all its features including PausePlus which lets you record 15 minutes of sound, if you have to attend to something else.
The DAB auto tune takes less than 10 seconds to find and store all of your available digital stations. The 6 part telescopic antenna which is about 20 inches long fully extended, gave me great reception. The LCD provides six different types of information including signal strength. There is also a useful ... Read More:

I bought this keyboard feeling rather cautious because of previous reviews however the keyboard doesn't dissappoint.
It's functional as well as goodlooking. A great accessory for any desktop the batteries in the mouse are very long lasting, I rarely have any need to recharge it.
The keyboard in my opinion is well worth the money.

I brought a Sony XDRS50 about 6 months ago
It does not go loud enough for normal use,
It only lasts about 2 hours on a new set of duracells so as a portable raido it is useless.
The sound is very tinny!!! My advise [do not buy one]

I think for the money, escpecially the Amazon price, this is very good value, general performance is good considering its size, but not suitable for beginers due to its querky control system. I found it quite painful to program and have now upgraded to a radio with direct frequency input, and I am now enjoying the experience much more. Great if size is very important, but NOT easy to use

On first look this bundle is pretty neat. The PC picked up the keyboard and mouse straight away without hassle, and both the keyboard and mouse are responsive and nice to use.
Sadly, I have found a couple of issues with the keyboard specifically:
(1) The key combination of CTRL+SHIFT+CURSOR does not respond in some instances. As a software developer I use this key combination a lot to hightlight whole words to the left and right of the caret. Anyone who develops or does a lot of word processing may find this VERY irritating. In my experience it usually works for three of the cursor arrow directions, but not the fourth, and usually the left arrow is affected (i.e. you can't CTRL+SHIFT+CURSOR-LEFT) but sometimes it's one of the other ... Good selection and capture of DAB signal. Quite easy to use.
Sound is rather woolly and "boxy", but acceptable for bedside listening. Having two stereo speakers in a box 10 inches wide seems pointless. The unit has a clock and Sleep facility, but surprisingly no Alarm function. Display is very bright in a dark room and a dim facility would be useful.
See also the reviews of the identical product in light wood finish.
The radio controlled clock is good and the radio has a nice sound quality for the size of the case. Weather forecast is of dubious use: temperature is OK (and works with the remote sensor) but notice that the measurement of humidity is only internal. So the device reports that it is likely to rain after you have had a bath or boiled some pasta nearby, despite cloudless skies! I didn't find it accurate at all.
This would be bearable, but what made the device unusable for me is that every 15 minutes it updates the assessment of weather and shines a very bright LED for 15 seconds to let you know (blue for rain, yellow for sun). This goes on all the way through the night and I couldn't find any way to stop it.

Bought these for use on holiday to save cash on mobile phone bills. We used them between two cars whilst out driving. The advertised 3km range is widely optimistic - we found they worked for about 400m if the other car was in plain view without obstruction. They probably work much better out of the car and in open space but haven't tried that so couldn't comment.
Having said that they are pretty cheap, have a very good battery life and come with a neat desktop charger/holder.
In the picture it looked big,but no and the sound quality is bad.I had no manual and there is no clear on/off switch, luckily there was an .pdf manual on the disk. The first time i tried to charge it it didnt work. Then when it finnaly charged i connected it to my pc,now when i tried to transfer files and it didnt work.I have an external hard-drive and the mp3 messes it up whenever they are both connected. Then when I listen to a song when 10 seconds went by the song the changed. It might just of been mine that was faulty, but i'm returning it and i wouldn't be surprised if they give it to someone else.
