The touch buttons arent very sensitive and the speaker is not exceptionaly loud, but loud enough for my purposes. The fact that DNSE can be sent over bluetooth headphones is a major plus, i like men something that my samsung YP-P2 is not yet capable of. The screen is not very big and watching videos on it seems pointless. You can record voice and RADIO that will save straight into your files. Something else that this features that the so called brilliant "Ipod" doesnt is that you can delete files while on your mp3 player, dont have to plug it inot your computer. The YP series is awesomem i own both the P2 and now the S5 both of which in my opinon are better than any i pod (with the exception of the i phone) on the market.
Very cheap too ... Read More:
Did a lot of research on mp3 players. Bought the creative Zen to begin with but kept crashing. Got the sony and I couldnt believe the difference. Excellent sound. So easy to use ( using windows media player or windows explorer). would recomend this product to anyone loking for a good value for money mp3 player.
I've been waiting for a DAB radio which is small and handy to move around the house (like the transistor radios of my childhood) and was going to buy a Pure One Mini when they finally hit the shops. But then I found this new Roberts radio. I'm so glad I found it before I'd bought the Pure radio.
Not only is the solar DAB an excellent radio for taking around the house, and outside too, it also can be powered by the sun (the clue's in the name). What could be better?
Add to that the exciting range of colours and the lovely, soft touch, rubberised controls which are very easy to use and I don't think there's a better little DAB radio on the market.

GO FOR IT, BEST VALUE FOR MONEY OUT THERE, BATTERY LIFE PER CHARGE... 30HRS! SOUND QUALITY....EXCELLENT! WELL BUILT! BUY THE SENNHEISER X300 'PHONES TO GO WITH IT!....YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
I bought this to replace my ageing iPod. It was the 52 hours battery life that made me buy this, and the excellent reviews for sound quality, and range of formats.
The player itself feels nice and solid, and is well built. It's about 2cm thick, but easily fits into your pocket. The 52 hour battery life is pretty impressive. You can go for weeks without having to recharge the player. The display is sharp and clear, and syncing with a PC is easy. The sound quality is also far superior to my old iPod, even with my Shure earphones.
However, it does have some poor points:
The player does not readily play .m4a files. Most players, including other iaudio models, play .m4a files so why doesn't this one? You can rename your .m4a ... Read More:

I have bought two of these over the last couple of years for my sons, and they are still going strong. The drop on the price for this particular model to less than 40 quid has prompted me to finally get myself one. These machines are not quite the best and a little on the large side now compared to others. They can be a bit temperamental - but less so with the updated software. The fact that you can't play from folders is a bit of a pain, and they use a non standard (i.e NOT iPOD) connection at the machine end (standard USB at the PC end). So why have I purchased 3 of them? Well it's primarily because it's not an iPod, - so no iTunes DRM nonsense. I mostly prefer drag and drop - but you can use the wonderful and free Media Monkey software to synch, do play ... I bought the Philips 1gb as I was looking for something to tide me over until I'd either saved up or made up my mind on something bigger and flashier.
The price stood out by a mile. It's got a great little screen. I'm using it mainly on a bus to work so the sound quality isn't that much of an issue really but it's pretty good anyway.
I copied all the songs that were on my iTunes playlist (approx 75) and that does me for the amount of time I use it. The shuffle feature makes sure I don't get bored.
For under £23 who could argue.
I'm seriously thinking of not bothering with any other MP3 player.

I've had this player now for a week. I have owned one other mp3 player but play music through many different devices, like computer and xbox and garmin gps (plays music as superb hi fidelity mp3 player). Now the the sound on this little device is amazing! No matter what mp3 you have, it will sound great. You can adjust the audio perfectly to your taste using the EQ but out the box the sound at factory default setttings is second to none.
Design and build make this feel like you are holding a tablet that will last a thousand years in your palm. For me the headphone jack is extremely sturdy so far - it grips the jack very tighly and is the best one i've had - so many other devices i have returned for the can't hear sound in one side of headphone in the past (makes ...
