Iv'e owned some of these for around 3 years now and they still work fine, brilliant biuld quality and strong all round sound performance. Bass is good for standard earbud shape and vocal reproduction is superb when listening to 192k WMA 9.2 files on my Zen vision m. They even seem to hide compression artifacts in MP3's and sound great on my laptop for movies espesially DVD's which naturally suffer from vocal drop out, with these it's simply not an issue. Even windows media player 11 sounds good. What a bargain, since writing this iv'e bought another pair for my laptop, sony's done it again, simply good in every way, theyre what I look for in earphones, comfortable, good all round sound and a nice rubbery cord which helps prevent tangeling

My boyfriend and I bought one set of these each to use with Skype. The reviews sounded so good for Skype users and it was a good price so we thought they would be fine. But we've found that we have to hold the microphone against our mouths to make ourselves heard (which takes away the whole point of having a headset) and we can't use the headphones for the audio because then the microphone isn't close enough to our mouths! Channelling the audio thought the speakers on the computer is okay but again takes away the point of having a headset.

And even when we did hold the microphone against our mouths it would cut out randomly anyway, making having a conversation difficult. They're annoying and faultly and we will be returning them.

I used have the Sennheiser CX 300 ear canal but was finding ear problems with wearing in-ear. I eventually went for these after reading the reviews. They are certainly very comfortable and the sound quality good. But after reading a review that mentioned 'sound leakage' has left me a bit unsure about using them in public. I'll just have to ask someone to wear them with the sound turned up and hear for myself. All of this apart - recommended and good value.

I bought these to replace very used 4 year old PX 100's and compared the sound of both headphones immediately. My old PX 100's are much better - no question. The sound quality of the PX 100's is superior and they are much more comfortable - enough said.

Listen folks, I have 2 pairs of these and they are without doubt the best sounding low-mid priced headphones I've personally ever had.
What you have to do though, to get the best possible sound, is to make absolutely sure you have the right size buds fitted. They come with 3 sizes, I'm an average sized bloke but I needed the large buds. If you don't test for the right size, you will end up wondering why lots of people rave about these cans.
How to test ?
What you need to do is fit each set of buds, play some bassy music, then push the headphones gently into your ear until they sit snugly, then gently push them til as far as they can go. These earphones give out a high quality sound and a brilliant bass, however if you go to the gym or walk alot then these earphones are not for you as they would last for about 4 to 6 months, as they are prone to be damaged by all the wear and tear.

Had these for over a year. With the bass control set around a quarter to and the treble set around 12 o'clock and a small piece of Blu-tack over the very bright power light these speakers are superb! They are much better than any other PC speakers I have heard.
Several friends have bought sets after hearing them and no-one has been disappointed.

I bought a pair of these to use with my iPod Mini, and I was immediately impressed with the sound, which was clear, full and generally well-balanced. I feel they are very good value for money at under £20 (they retail for £40 at some outlets).

The key to success with these headphones is to find the best fitting buds. They should be snug inside the ear but only what you're comfortable with. Just try them all, swapping every few minutes until you find the best balance between sound and comfort.

Be sure to push the buds in to the ear properly, as this tight fit is what allows the strong bass response. It may feel a little odd at first, but after a couple of days use you will get used to it.

so far so good top quality sound and they stay in my ear no matter how hard i jog ,run ,crunch etc when at the gym also quite stylish so top marks

It takes a few days to appreciate these headphones and a bit of experimentation to select the best sleeve and position relative to the ear for you. However, after listening for while, it dawns on you how much you have been missing. I have re-learnt how to listen to music and have been forced to re-rip my music in to a higher bitrate as these headphones pick out all the flaws of a poor qualiy rip. I am hearing for the first time, the sound of a guitar string slightly hitting the fretboard, the sound of the artist taking a short breath before singing and the sound of the pianist's stool creaking as they lean to press the piano keys.
