I used have the Sennheiser CX 300 ear canal but was finding ear problems with wearing in-ear. I eventually went for these after reading the reviews. They are certainly very comfortable and the sound quality good. But after reading a review that mentioned 'sound leakage' has left me a bit unsure about using them in public. I'll just have to ask someone to wear them with the sound turned up and hear for myself. All of this apart - recommended and good value.

The images on this site are misleading. Most cases of this sort come with a screen protector. This case does not. Really not worth the money.

I 100% completely advise you to buy this product as I think it is brill and cannot fault it, it arrvied last week and I have had no problems as of yet.
I too read all of the previous reviews and agonised over whether I should buy it or not, comparing prices with other models, but decided to take a chance and see if it was good value for money and I am so glad I did.
Very easy to install and set up with my ipod nano 2nd generation and very quick to tune in. Cristal clear sound which is very suprising as I live on a road that has very poor reception and plays brill on my speakers with no interference or buzzing even though my car is 10 years old.
My only worry is the rubber band that is connected to the ... Read More:

I'm not so worried about the looks as its (now) so cheap. My 8" DVD can't fit with the battery attached but that's not a problem. The car connected works well but the hole in the case doesn't line up with my DVD. The head-phone cables are a pain to get connected and the seat straps have a tendency to slip.
I *could* blame my DVD, my car etc BUT it's £7 and all the things I have found 'wrong' are cosmetic. It just means there are a few wires in the wrong place.

In trying to pick a set of headphones for the gym, one common theme emerged: that everyone is different, and that most products get wonderful and bad reviews. With that in mind, I went for a brand I knew and a style I liked (over the ear hooks) and I have to say I'm pleased.
The Philips are, above all, comfortable and easily fitted in my small-average size ears for a woman. In less than 30 seconds they are in my ears and need no further adjustment. I have also been wearing them for most of the day at work (around 8 hours) and have felt no irritation or discomfort which some people state as a problem with other similar products. I wear glasses throughout all work and gym activity, and both my glasses and earphones fit comfortably ... Read More:

Although the sound quality of these earphones is good, they seem to be made for people who are 5ft 6ins or smaller, with asymmetrical bodies.
The right ear cable is 18ins long but the left one is only 8ins long. I am 6ft 2ins tall, which is not unusually tall, and if I have my MP3 player in the pocket of my jeans, the left cable does not reach my ear. It's OK if I'm wearing a jacket (so pockets are therefore nearer to my head), but even in this cracker of a summer we're experiencing, I find a jacket too warm to wear, so jeans/trouser pockets are my only choice.
I have to lean in a most awkward way to my left, in order to fit the earphone into my left ear, and I fail to understand why both left and right ear cables could not be the same ... Read More:

I purchased 2 for myself and my wife, both started off really well, the online stuff was simple and it all worked.
Then about a year after getting it the sensor packs up on mine, a week later the same with my wifes. You could not just replace the sensor either and buying another, knowing it is going to die in a 12 month is not an option.

I am the owner of 4 other pairs of the earphones. I will comment on these pairs with E818LP model so that you can get a feel when you make your choice.
I bought two pairs of E818LP from Amazon.co.uk, not from the marketplace.
The sound is very impressive. I would say I would pay as much as GBP18 for such a pair.
I previously used a E808 model from a Sony MD player, and I love the sound it produced, and it was definitely an all-rounder. The bass is OK, middle range is smooth and full, and high tone is also very clear and not too weak. But that pair was eventually broken after sever years usage. When I discovered there was no E808 sold anywhere, I chose to get a pair of this, which is the closest to the E808. I was right! That one is ... Read More:

As the previous reviewer says, this product is not as pictured but the slightly bulkier one found around on ebay and other Amazon sellers. Because of the inaccurate advertising (the only reason I bought this one over the cheaper ones) I have given it one star.
It does however work like the official, but is not as neat and you have to push in the two sides of the ipod dock connector plug to release it.

Through purgatory, but is this paradise? I bought this together with a Netgear basic router and found setup far more complicated than expected. The terminology varies from manufacturer to manufacturer so Intempo's "WPA Code" is Netgear's "Wireless Passphrase". The unit is slow to respond and the remote control is fiddly and the buttons are stiff. That said: I first went "Bartok", which broadcasts @ 320KB/S and with Grado SR60 headphones the quality was stunning. Radio 3 fans should be aware that the BBC offers only 64KB/S.
