I read the mostly possitve reviews and I have to say, this item is better than expected. the point about the case moving the hold slidder have obviously been tasken on board and a redesign has produced a cut away over allowing me to put my NWZA818 on or off hold whenever I want.

How to review, how to review? erm...You open the bag, you plug it in, it works up to 1080p, thats it, I mean what more can you ask? I have a £40 HDMI cable and this one, can't notice the difference. You only need low loss cables if they are going to be long distances, as others have said this is 1m and its digital and there are 15m cables out there that work so do you think this one wont? Get real, save some cash. Unless your the type that thinks orange stickers make your vinyl work better than green ones. LOL

Listen folks, I have 2 pairs of these and they are without doubt the best sounding low-mid priced headphones I've personally ever had.
What you have to do though, to get the best possible sound, is to make absolutely sure you have the right size buds fitted. They come with 3 sizes, I'm an average sized bloke but I needed the large buds. If you don't test for the right size, you will end up wondering why lots of people rave about these cans.
How to test ?
What you need to do is fit each set of buds, play some bassy music, then push the headphones gently into your ear until they sit snugly, then gently push them til as far as they can go. If you notice an increase in bass while you've pushed them further than they would normally ... Read More:

I purchased this to use with my Sony DVP-NS78 upscaling DVD player (which is FANTASTIC by the way) however, after many months of problems and wondering if I was turning things on in the wrong order, if the player was faulty, if my new TV was faulty and trying to find any other explanation for the dropouts in video, I came to the conclusion that it could only be the 'high quality' HDMI cable I had bought.

I then bought a 'cheap' one from ASDA for less than £10 and the problem was solved. There is also no difference in picture quality whatsoever (I believe this is more related to cable run length - not an issue here).
Could just have been a fluke but be warned!

This is probably the lowest-priced, easiest-to-use game card out there. However, watch out for imitations, as with the R4. If it's too cheap, chances are, it isn't by the real DSTT team. The imitations ones have a very high failure rate.

What a great little device, it works perfectly in my Daewoo Matiz with my iPod Nano 3G. The sound quality is how I listen to it on my iPod. There is no reduction in sound quality and there is no interference. However as you know the iPod doesn't have the best sound quality anyway, but if you're quite happy with the iPod sound, this will suit you fine.

To change tracks you can use either the little iPod controls which are situated on the thing you plug in to your cigarette lighter, or you can just control it normally using your iPod. If your radio/cd player has RDS display (mine does), it shows which tracks are playing by displaying them on your radio/cdplayer. It really misses a cable tidy and does not have a screen protector. That said, the leather is of fairly good quality, and the case is well made. It is therefore probably a good buy, but not for £15 in my opinion.
