Bought this from Advanced MP3 players and love it. The price is fantastic and the player itself is much better quality than I expected. It comes nicely packaged in a peek-a-boo box. It has all the cables etc you would expect, including a reasonable pair of 2.5mm headphones (I already have a better pair, but Sennheiser make a pair with this smaller plug). The written manual makes sense. The menu on the machine is not too bad, not iPod, but pretty easy to use. Best thing is the FM transmitter for car use, which is surprisingly good. If you use this with the car charger in 'hold' mode, it flashes up when you start the engine. You press a couple of buttons and drive away with the sound of You FM. I had read some bad reviews about this but went for it and am so glad I did. Build quality is good. FM transitter works great.
It is so simple to use. I just:
Created new folders on my desktop, e.g. 'reggae', 'pop' or whatever,
Download my music files,
Drag and drop them into which ever new folder(s) they belong in,
Plug in the MP3 player,
Select 'open folder to view' from the list,
Choose 'music'
Drag and drop whichever tracks you want across to the netac music folder
Unplug it and enjoy! Simple!

This is basically a neat little device (it is a USB memory stick with rechargeable battery that also plays MP3 and WMA files through headphones or FM radio, in linear or shuffled order, plus other functions), and is excellent value for money. However, it has exasperating problems (including NO FILES messages and deleting all its files) that you can overcome if you know the information provided below. It also has one of the worst set of instructions I have ever encountered, which is where most of the problems really lie, and a non-responsive support site.

I bought this as an in-car alternative to a dvd player, to connect up to rear screens for the kids. I've not used the mp3, fm, camera or dv features, only movie playback.

Initially I thought the battery was a joke, lasting around 15 mins. But having checked online, I formatted the device four times, and then set it to never switch off, and this seems to have given me a battery life of around 3 hours playback.

So far I've tried a couple of Pixar films ripped from DVD to divx (using magic dvd ripper, avi.net and pcg.net), and then used the supplied software to convert to asf. The results were far better than I expected, with smooth playback, no lip sync issues etc.
