This is my favourite season of One Tree Hill for many reasons;
1. So many events critical to the storyline of the programme happen in this series.
2. A few new characters are introduced, and we get to know the existing ones even better.
3. This show is amazing!
I really loved watching this series on DVD, and would definitely recommend it. There are six discs of episodes plus deleted scenes on every disc.
The storyline for this series is extremely good; it kept me guessing and some parts definitely surprised me, but in a good way.
I have been watching the fifth series of One Tree Hill on E4 for about 2months now, and though series 4 is still my favourite, I think that the fifth one will turn out to be great, too. ... Read More:

I'm seriously shocked how bad this is after all these positive reviews. It's filmed in a kind of trendy "fly on the wall" documentary style with the actors doing Big Brother diary room pieces to camera. It looks like it's been filmed by a 12 year old on a camcorder with a pair of tights over the lens.
The actress playing Mary is pushing 40 (when Mary would have been roughly 20 when she met the King) she has all the emotional range of a door knob and gives the flattest performance I think I've ever seen. Her brother George is playing as a chirpy cockney type "or rite Anne leave it out thatz the King yous takining to", he's so bad I was thinking "can't wait till you get the axe". The actress playing Ann isn't that bad (amongst a sea of ... Read More:

Only gets 1 star because that's how many times I laughed through all 3 series. "One of the few genuine british comedies" they said. After watching this rubbish, that statement is funnier than anything in this. Can't even begin to describe how bad this is. Was totally sucked in by all the good reviews. I must be on a completely different comedy level to the people who gave these reviews. I want my money back NOW!!

Thought I'd have a quick peep when it dropped on my doormat, ended up watching all six episodes in the same day! Can't wait to watch the second series.
A great series that thankfully doesn't fall into the obvious sit com scenarios that you think it's going to.

Although I am not the greatest Harry Potter fan in the world I have always enjoyed the film series and thankfully this film continues this trend. The Order of the Phoenix sees the dark lord Voldemort gathering his forces but with the Ministry of Magic refusing to acknowledge his return Harry and his friends must defy the Ministry in order to prepare for the coming war. Complicating matters is Ms Umbridge, the Ministry appointed Defence from the Dark Arts teacher, who is willing to do anything for the Ministry of Magic.
I haven't read any of the Potter books as yet and as such I cannot comment about how closely this film sticks to the book and I have heard mixed reports on the subject. Nevertheless I do feel that the film fits in very will with ... Read More:

Good news Vinnie Chase and his boys E, Drama, Turtle and Ari are back. One of the best shows on TV sadly not well known in the UK. Season 4 starts off with Vinn making his long awaited Medellin with E producing and Walsh directing. Hoping this movie will cement Vincents super stardom and finally put some money back in his account! Thankfully everything you love about entourage is back - great cameos including Anna Faris, Stephen Gagan, Snoop-Dog, Dennis Hooper and Kanye West to name but a few. Thankfully fan favourites Ari and Drama are as funny as ever with Billy Walsh given a bigger part and the music is fantastic as ever. If you like the previous seasons you will like this and If you have never seen entourage go get season 1. Sadly the only drawbacks ... Read More:

This show is totally terrific. Based around supernatural powers - this show really does it very well. With one human with supernatural powers wanting more supernatural powers, its up to other humans with supernatural powers to stop this evil force and save the world from destruction.
The story sounds like a RPG fantasy game or a story pulled from the Marvels Comics Universe, but honestly, the show is simply amazing and has so many twists and turns along the way to make you coming back for more. The special effects just keeps you wondering how these effects were put together - especially the power to freeze time, even during an explosion.
Heroes is such a wonderful show with such an amazing cast that makes the show that much amazing. Should ... Read More:

I know that reviews are subjective and I was only inspired to write this one to balance the scales. The review from the person who didn't like this so much is their fair opinion.I am not here to knock their right to such an opinion.
But, I think that this is a normal, entertaining episode of Doc Martin with all the usual skill and quality that we have seen in each series. With a little extra. Fantastic guest cast. Quality acting as per usual from the regulars. I must add that I was pleased to see Chris O'Dowd doing his Manic turn.Kenneth Cranham is one of the best character actors around, playing Caroline Catz's Dad.
The film was well paced and the laughs came when needed. Understated and even though I knew what was coming, it still made me laugh.
Enjoyable.Thank ... Read More:

Absolutely brilliant adaptation and a great ensemble cast. I have to single out Eileen Atkins performance as the one which affected me most - the scene where she sits struggling with her ideas of convention as to whether she can attend the funeral in support of her friend is breathtakingly good - so much of what you understand is going on is not dialogue based but entirely down to her performance.
