This is the first pilates video I bought. The workout was a total body workout. The pace was just right and instructions were given clearly. I then bought the Lynne Robinson 'The Pilates Body' and I hated it because I strained a side of my body. Now I only use this DVD. Recommend it to anyone who is a beginner and wants to tone and feel great on the inside. Tracey Thompson is an excellent instructor.

I usually go the gym for class sessions but want to make the most of my time not having to travel. I bought two other 10 Minute solutions DVDs and I am very impressed. I've used them as a whole hour work out and as the ten min specific area training and found them very easy to follow and understand. I would highly recommend 10 minute solutions to anyone wanting to train at home.

This is an excellent value box set (£15 for the two DVDs that are usually £13 each).

Davina works with her two personal trainers , one of whom is big, bald and muscly, and the other of whom looks a little like a hamster with a squint (sorry but you are a great personal trainer if that's any consolation!)

The conversation between the trainers and Davina is a little distracting but gives you the idea that they do actually know each other (unlike some celebrity DVDs where the celeb doesn't know "their" trainer from Adam) and you can turn the conversation off on the 30 minute DVD and just have the music instead.

Having had Davina's two previous DVDs I was a shade sceptical about whether or not they would be able to produce anything different - yet remarkably, they have. Yes, many of the routines are similar (Pump, for instance, is very similar to a previous DVD routine) but what makes this enjoyable is that there is enough variation so that you can choose which sections to do. Oddly enough, although the 'Pump' section in this is quite similar to the 'Pump' section in her 30 minute workout DVD I still find myself choosing between the two. Evidently there is enough difference for me to find it tough to make that choice!

I loved the previous 'Pump it up' and bought this one as well. Again, I love it. Quite hard cardio excercise. Some new dance steps are a bit difficult for me, but I enjoy most of them. This time modified movements are showed, which is quite nice idea. One thing I am disappoined is the costume(gear?) of the girls behind. Frashy but not attractive....

Brought this DVD several weeks ago. It is quite hard but found if you stick at it, you really notice the improvement. I love the fact it is in segments and as such you can alternate (so as not to get bored) or if you are running short of time you don't have to do the whole DVD. However, please note, if you haven't done pilates before this would not be the DVD to start with! I will be looking to purchase others in this series so I can mix it up a bit.

I am a qualified fitness instructor and I purchased this DVD to get some new ideas for choreography and routines rather than for general fitness purposes.Overall I think this is quite a poor dvd to release to the general public.There are barely any safety tips throughout the routine and there is no sequence to most of the routine.The instructor doesn't queue in or countdown any moves,she just launches from one to another.There are no low impact moves demonstrated either.The music is quite good and whereas the choreography is basic it is badly put together.

This is my second Yogalates dvd and it is definitely completely different from the other one I have (ultimate Yogalates) but I enjoy it just as much!

I love Louise's voice and find it relaxing. I also love the fact it has the added little 10 minutes Abs section for when you want to do a little bit more after your work out. (but make sure you stretch out after cus otherwise you are going to feel it the next day!!!)

The thing about Yogalates is that you can make it as hard as you want to make it by how deeply you breathe, if you are really breathing deep you can really feel it in your stomach. At first the first work out seemed easy to me until i started to breathe deeper in this section and then you can really feel it again.

As someone who has dabbled with various exercise DVDs and videos over the years and never stuck with them, I can't express enough how refreshingly different this one is. No thumping music or graphics, no flashy sets and most importantly an instructor who doesn't feel the need to talk or shout in a 'motivational' fashion all the way through it. Darcey is elegant and calm and explains everything simply and concisely.

I was a complete beginner to Pilates when I bought this DVD, and a few reviewers have expressed the opinion that it is not suitable for beginners and indeed may lead to injury, but provided you watch closely how Darcey does things and watch the key points section, you should be okay. Brought this a few months ago, never been to any classes but just wanted to try at home and see if i could get into it and enjoyed it! The girl on the dvd showing the moves is hot! Which is a good start and she talks you though everything slowly with nice gentl music playing in the back ground...before you know it you've been doing YOGA for an hr and your body is being pushed to the limits! If you've never tried YOGA this is the perfect start. Go buy!
