I bought a standard cheap potty from mothercare for our son, but he always looked so uncomfortable sitting on it that I was concerned it would be hampering our potty traing efforts rather than helping. After searching on the net I found this Tommee Tippee potty and have just ordered our second one. We bought one a week or so ago and have ordered the second one for upstairs. Our son looks so much more comfy on it than the other thing we bought. Who'd have thought that there would be a difference? I'd have thought a potty is a potty surely, but it isn't! There you go!
A previous reviewer has got the maths wrong! The cassette doesn't only wrap 28 nappies it wraps about 100 nappies and lasts around 1 month. The bin holds about 28 nappies before it is full, but the wrap is tied off then restarted. Really the review should be about how well the product works rather than whether the reviewer can afford it! Personally we have found it invaluable. Certainly it is a luxury rather than an essential - but looking after a baby is hard work and anything which makes life easier is a welcome relief.
A total lifesaver. When little one has just been potty trained, he/she generally doesn't like big tiolets or doesn't like public toilets (who can blame them) so this is totally wonderful. Plonk them down anywhere (believe me I have) then throw the liners away so no mess, no smell, no accidents. Don't leave home without it!!!
I bought this lovely bibs for my twins and have to say that they are absolutely fantastic. The hole at the top (that some people mention) is not a problem now because my twins are 18 months old. I would not recommend this item for babies because its wide neck is too large for babies, hence why it will let food stain clothes. I could not do without them now: they are easy to clean, to store, and very, very durable.

I picked one of these up in Morrisons as my Son just kept eating everything in site.
I am so glad I did!
I hold it infront of him, and his little hands reach out for it and grabs it, then it goes into his mouth, then it comes back out so he can have a look, then back in there again.
it is very light, so little hands can grab it and hold it.
I have found that this goes into my handbag very eaisly aswell.
With my daughter, and now with my son, it seemed we tried every cup under the sun, with every state-of-the-art valve system designed to make it 'non-spill'. Unfortunately, this seems to be entirely for the parents' benefit: yes, the carpets stayed dry, but neither of my children could actually get liquid out of these valved wonders. I even resorted to trying them myself, and the experience was - well, like trying to get water out of that proverbial stone. Enter Tommee Tippee, and a baby cup that - astonishingly - allows liquid to flow freely through the spout. Yes, baby gets wet when he starts using it to mash his banana or conduct Beethoven. But honestly, most of it ends up inside him, and I'm not dodging 'sippy' cups flung across the kitchen ... Read More:
