Although after about 10 minutes or so every day using this you will wish you never purchased it (I know a song that will get on your nerves, get on your nerves, get on your nerves.....)your baby will love the animal sounds, the repetition and the flashing lights and this will encourage them to start babbling and gurgling......which is just delightful!

my 7 month old daughter is just getting into play in the bath, she can now sit unaided out of the bath and loves to play with toys in th bath. the toys are a little small, but ideal for her hands... just fun to see her enjoying bathtime even more. Well worth the buy

Great for around 12 months plus. The metal on the base is fine and secure.

Our baby always puts them in the right way up, its great. She is only 14 months and loves this toy.

Hours of fun for when they want to start to carry a few items in each hand.

I agree with all the above reviewers that this is fantastic. My two girls have enjoyed this over the last couple of years. However, when we got a new fridge with a brushed steel effect, we noticed that this left scratch marks when the kids moved it around the fridge doors (the kids slide it around). It was okay on our old white fridge though.

VTech Nursery Rhymes Book

I cannot stand this book - my daughter loves it and it drives me nuts from the second she picks it up and it declares "it's nursery rhyme time". The woman's voice has an annoying accent and for some reason only sings half the song, the music and noises aren't as annoying but you have no way of controlling which you get. Fortunately my in-laws who bought it for her didn't supply extra batteries so when they run out we don't replace them for as long as possible - in fact we only replaced them the last time because we forgot how irritating it was! (it's OK for the in-laws they live 500 miles away!)

Your child will no doubt love it - if you are going to get it buy yourself some earplugs!

Bilibo Rocking and Spinning Toy

Would highly recommend this unusual toy, I currently have a 13 year old and a 2 year old spinning round with two in my living room, may have to prise the big one out with a crow bar, in fact she has just come into the room and begged me to buy one for her as the one she is in is for her little niece. They are simple, strong, versatile and loads of fun.

My son just got this toy for his 1st birthday and it's already his favorite. He loves turning the pages and inserting the block to hear the different animalsounds. Also the button that makes Farmer Tad sing is a hit - he deffinately knows where that one is !!!!

I was in two minds whether or not to buy this because of all the bad reviews about it being inaccurate, but I thought 'What the heck, I can always send it back'. I'm so glad I took the risk because this little gadget is great! It looks brilliant, giving a lovely soft glow to the nursery and the colours are a great visual indicator of the temperature which save you stumbling around in the dark trying to peer at a non-light up one. On the subject of the thermometer being inaccurate, I have to say it is definately not a problem with my egg as I have compared it to an extreamly accurate thermocouple thermometer and they always read no more than 0.1 of a degree apart.
