But since I got the basic kit in the winter I've had few, if any, colds. And now with spring I'm still breathing easily. I don't use it daily, so the original 30 sachets have only just run out (I've order a replcement 10oz salt tub rather than sachets or diy). But when I do feel the sinuses under pressure, and get a little sniffly, a quick rinse through and I'm fine within an hour or two. Four stars as UK availability seems very limited and hence fairly high postage via Amazon marketplace. |
