. Logitech OEM RX1000 Laser Mouse USBfrom: Logitech The Dell mouse that came with our PC became arthritic all too quickly. Single clicks kept turning into double clicks. Whatever we did, something stuck and we got an action we didn't want. I searched Amazon for 'USB mouse' and found this one. It's brilliant. The slim shape is fine for someone like me with thin fingers. It is ultra-responsive - indeed, I had to get used to how fast it moved! It is also equally good for left-handers such as myself. If I have one criticism, it is that when I installed the downloadable SetPoint software from Logitech's site, it automatically reset the buttons to right-handed (I had reversed them in Windows Control Panel).
