. Pure One DAB/FM Portable Radio - Whitefrom: Pure May 25, 2006 I have had this radio in daily use for ten months now, and really, for the price I would say it is superb! I cannot understand those who say the sound quality is below par - I think the sound quality is one of its best attributes - two of my workmates have bought a Pure One after hearing mine - even at high volume its unbelievable considering it has one 3" speaker - (If you use headphones you get full stereo too). It was recently dropped from a table on to a hard floor, and is still perfect - very impressive. It has to be said that it does look a little 'plasticky', but the design is quirky and neat. The display has a very useful clock which you can always rely on as it gets a radio signal for the correct time, and has a 'timed off' function ... Read More: |
