. Pure One DAB/FM Portable Radio - Blackfrom: Pure May 25, 2006 I bought this DAB radio over 2 years ago on the strength of a favourable review in Which? magazine. I got it to use in work where the reception on traditional FM radios was notoriously poor, but this DAB radio picks up far more stations than I ever listen to, and the results were so impressive that two of my colleagues went straight out and bought the same radio. All three of them are still going strong despite some rough treatment and constant daily use. The radio provides a good clear sound with plenty of volume for a small unit. It's easy to use with all of the controls handily placed in the same area at the front of the radio rather than spread across the sides and top.
