As a huge Shrek fan, I bought this game as soon as it was released. I was pleased to discover that the game was not just a rushed movie tie-in and could quite easily stand as a great game in its own right. Luckily te Shrek license just adds to this great game.

The gameplay is fast, frantic and furious button bashing - however this is mixed with just the right amount of puzzle solving and mini games. These include chasing a carriage while riding a dragon or finding a needle in a haystack! You can play as one of the 4 characters on screen by simply changing character at any time - you just hit L or R.
