If you can't be bothered raising your pokemon up to level 100 well here is the easy way{if you want to} Get any item from your back pack, like a {Rare Candy} put it at the 6th or 7th{sorry a can't remember} place down from the top of your back pack,Go to viridan city, talk to the guy who tells how to catch pokemon{The old man}. You have to be very quick,fly to blane's island surf near the coast of the gym up and down,etc, Then you will find a missingoo and Lv.1-180 it depends, kill it look in your pack and you will have a rare candy and a wierd smybol next to it.
