Really you would need the DVD to get the full flavour of what is being talked about The Secret DVD - I've tried out the practice they suggest and a lot of the time it seems to work to a degree, it's really only about taking control of your thoughts to make your life happier, and to learn how to focus your mind on what you really want out of life, without the negative thoughts spoiling it all. But I was hoping for more on the experience of the spiritual element. The book Finding Reality is good on this to get a deeper understanding of thoughts influence and the deeper spiritual experience.
