- The best game ever!!..........till Halo 2 of course!
Well, what can I say, this truely is the best game in history! Thegraphics are amazing and the gameplay will blow you away into anotherdimension!!! If you haven't got then you are as bad as a PS2 owner! Ifthis on the shelf in a local game store, don't rent, buy!....NOW! MasterChief is the best computer game character since MARIO or Sonic or Laracroft!
This game rocks so rock on!

halo is a shooting game(it just so happens to be the best)my favourite thing on it is multiplayer.stickin plasma(sticky)grenades to your freinds head and watching him fly 30 feet in the air!nothing beats it!single player is exellent!apart from level 8 witch you just have to kill the flood(wierd turnip like aliens)halo is by far the best game for xbox! and the best shooter on all formats hands down full stop end of story!

On a console of first person shooter games it is difficult to find on that stands out from the crowd. Unreal tried but had lent it's engine to too many other developers. Thus another problem arises. Lots of first person shooters with identical gameplay. This is where Halo stands out from the crowd. It's engine is an entirely new build from Bungie that is far better than the now outdated Unreal one. This makes for one immersive game that allows you to feel that you are the Master Chief in every level. The levels are also well designed and spacious with penty of different ways of approaching every section. The vehicles are also well designed and have the type of handling that although it isnt that realistic or responsive is nonetheless very fun to use. The best thing about Halo is the LAN possibilities. 16 people, 4 xboxes. Great fun. if you dont have this game you have to get it.

Ive got a feelin I am the first person to say,this game isnt really even reasonbly good.I bought it because of all the hype that its the best game on xbox so i thought id give it a try.When i got home and played this game i was bored after the first level!It took me alot to be bothered to play through the blomin thing!
why?
1.The storyline is bland,nothing exiting happens!
2.The game is hugely repetitive and the controls I find way too difficult!Do not buy if you have a controller S, is simply dosent work.
3.The marines shout out stupid one liners that make you wanna shoot e' (Like i did.)
there is one good thing about this game. the graphics are good.theyre the only thing that made me wanna play the first level!
all in all,DONT BUY THIS GAME, unless its like £2.50 DONT EVEN RENT IT!DONT FALL FOR THE HYPE! If you want a good space type game, get Star wars knights of the old republic!

halo-another shooting game. all the same i hear you say. played one played them all i also here you say. well! halo is completley different. it is set in the future( like timesplitters2) but it's not like timesplitters 2 at all. the graphics are simply amazing because it is on the best console in the UNIVERSE and it has the best array of weapons. the 1st person view (because of it being on the xbox) gives you an amazing sense of being in the action like any other game on the market. the best shooting around. i'd say so
