This is absolutley the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever bought. Very poorly designed from a maintenance point of view. Just try and change the belt (which is very easily snapped by such accidents as sucking up a sock, or carpet thread). Considerable strength is required to stretch the belt over the roller and spindle - not a job for those with delicate fingers. The noise is dangerously high pitched - almost sounding like a jet engine. The high pitched whine penetrates, and I am sure must be over the legal decibel level for household appliances. The wand, for getting to ceiling corners, and difficult places, takes far too long to deploy, and is awkward and too long.
