 Rating: - These work!I've used these bands in the tropics and the Scottish Highlands and they do a good job. Bugs normally feast on me but they stayed away when I was wearing these. They may not be quite as effective as the typical DEET-based sprays, but they are effective for several days, and without the mess (& possible adverse side effects) of sprays. They also smell reasonably pleasant so you won't deter the 2-legged specimens. I use my wit and repartée for that! |
