Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003 (Mac)Childrens Toy Shop > Video Games > Sports from: Electronic Arts June 20, 2003 Aloha,(1.25mhz G4 PM, 768 MB, 10.2.6, ATI Radeon 9000 Pro, and the Tiger Woods 2003 1.1 Update) This is a very good game, and an exceptional golf title. I've had the game about a week and have really enjoyed playing it. The graphics for the courses and players are very well done, just beautiful, and give you a good feel of being at a PGA event. Medium settings give me 35-40 fps, high settings bring it down to about 20. Pretty good, could be a little more smoothe, yet that's the trade off (I guess) for getting lots of eye candy and truly stunning looking courses. . Backyard Football 2002Childrens Toy Shop > Video Games > Sports from: Atari September 27, 2005 This game rocks because even they are kids they can still play like real profecional players. This game has cool animations and worth it if you'd buy it. I think this game is better than any other football games. I wish that they should create another cool version for backyard football 2002. |

. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 (mac)Childrens Toy Shop > Video Games > Sports from: Activision August 01, 2002 This game was very hard to pick up on the Mac. It uses a very strange set-up using the C, V, and B keys to pull-off tricks, which I found hard to get used to. What really got me was that only 8 keys were used to get Tony a-skatin'. I got past that and I was scoring 90,000 point moves! Great graphics for such an old game, and what great music! I now own CD's from most of the groups, like Papa Roach, Powerman 5000, Millencolin, etc. Tony's career had a bumpy start with THPS 1, but followed it up with one of the best extreme sports games ever. Ever since this game, THPS 3 and 4 were basically just creating characters and playing trademarks. This is the creme de la creme of the pro skating crop. Kudos! |

. Links Championship Edition 2002 (Mac)Childrens Toy Shop > Video Games > Sports from: Destineer August 07, 2002 I got the cd-rom, was annoyed by the mandatory loading of disc 1 to play. There may be a way around it, if you delete the Intro Quicktime Bold Gator video from your Links CE folder. After doing that, I don't have to place disc 1 in for verification anymore when I play CE. At the very least, you won't have to see the stupid video each time you start Links CE. The adding of courses via the CD's 1-4 can be spotty, sometimes not loading them to your hard drive, but insisting on loading them from directly from the cd. You should be able to place CRZ courses directly into the courses folder and have them show up from the course manager as available courses. As for play, the graphics do not dazzle, but CE has changed significantly ... Read More: |
