This game is just about the best ever example of a "dark horse" game I have ever played. I bought it SOLELY on a recommendation. My understanding of the game, as explained to me by a friend of mine who works at GameStop was that it was part Amplitude, part King Arthurs world (I am old!), and part Lemmings. That is kind of true.

It's basically a side scroller, where you act as the God of the Patapons. They rely on you to motivate them by drumming tribal beats out to do everything from walking to attacking, etc. There is a rival tribe that is trying to kill off the poor little Patapons, so they look to you to bring them to glory!

Graphics are great, game is very playable and entertaining. I like the mini-games within the game and would have liked to see more of them. I would also like to see more of times when you play Clank instead of Ratchet. Overall, an excellent game, definitely one of the best PSP games around, if not the best.

Graphics are great, game is very playable and entertaining. I like the mini-games within the game and would have liked to see more of them. I would also like to see more of times when you play Clank instead of Ratchet. Overall, an excellent game, definitely one of the best PSP games around, if not the best.

A $20 game for the PSP and hours and hours of fun.
This is the best game of the year. Breaking the lego is fun and you can break almost everything. Huge replay value getting all the items from the levels and unlocking the hundreds or unlockables. Animation is funny and entertaining.
The only negative is long load times. Otherwise I love this game, I can't wait to play it again!
