Wow what a beautiful CD very calming in this world we live in. We found this to be full of beauty (we are ukrainian byzantine catholics and our entire liturgy is sung by all priests and congregation-harmonies to die for- we know beauty when we hear it) This will be played over and over again God bless all involved in this project.

If I had listened to Il Divo's latest offering before purchasing, I wouldn't have!...the voices, as always, are terrific but these renditions fail to tug at the heart strings...the last cut, Amazing Grace, is the only song I found memorable - the addition of bagpipes is a lovely touch and thankfully, it is performed in English!

I have thought in the past that something like this cd/dvd set would be very interesting. Now that a project like this has finally come along I have to say I could not be happier. The level of playing technique is breathtaking and the dvd with it's interviews makes it such a complete package. I can't think of anything that would have made this better. If you are even the slightest bit interested in violins then you must buy this set. Being able to compair some of the greatest violins in history back to back is really something special.

I absolutely love this CD and agree with all the above reviewers that it is a great CD. Easy to listen to and fun to sing to.

The only thing I disagree with is that this is for baby-boomers. I am 33 and discovered ABBA when I was in my teens, this CD really brings me back. My daughter is 14 and she saw the movie and fell in love with the songs too.

I think it would be appropriate for any age.

I had the privilege of seeing this amazing group sing live at the Royal Theatre on December 21st in Victoria. Each voice is distinct and yet they come together in a beautiful melodic blend that gave me goosebumps. These men are amazing. Not only can they sing in various languages and genres, but they also compose, play instruments and know how to entertain a crowd with good humour. It was a real pleasure to see them perform and I feel they are just as good as Il Divo. I wish them every success as they launch their first CD. This is only the beginning and I'm sure they will have a long and fulfilling career together.
